Morals at Work in Geneve

In the middle of September, the yearly conference of the European Association for International Education took place in Geneva. Morals at Work was also present. Not in person, but as part of the program. Caspar de Bok, scientist at Utrecht University, showed the participants the English version of All Inclusive which we designed for the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance. He showed the game as part of the leadership and strategy expert community, with the title: “How biased is your unconscious?” Diversity and dealing with differences are in this setting an extremely important topic of course. Our game was presented as a good practice and used as a conversation starter with the participants. We were informed that several universities and research institutions showed interest for this version of the diversity game All Inclusive after the session. Who knows, this could be the start of a pan-European conquest!
