Our integrity games stimulate and provoke the consciousness that is needed in the event of a (possible) breach in integrity. In such an event, it needs to be able to handle things properly and make the right considerations at the right level. The players are challenged to reflect on values, interests, and events, as well as to understand others’ points of view. The gamified approach provides an atmosphere of safety and solidarity, causing the players to more easily express their personal experiences and doubts, resulting in them gaining new insights and increasing their range of actionable skills.
Our integrity games can be supervised by your own staff, or by us. You can play the games multiple times, or only once; throughout a longer period of time, or perhaps only during the Week of Integrity. We provide customized game solutions as well as ready-to-play games. We take care of the hosting and facilitate the game session evaluation. Our games are available in Dutch and English.
