Justum | experiences in discussion
The multiplayer game Justum is an online game for up to 8 players that uses dilemmas as a means to start talking about difficult issues at work, played either while video calling or in person.
Justum consists of a digital game board and 30 game cards, 25 of which being dilemma cards and 5 being surprise cards. The players receive an email invitation from the game master that includes a link to the game. After all the players have logged in, the game master starts the game. After a player has read a dilemma out loud and a short dialogue about the answer has been conducted, the other players award a rating to the answer, rating it on a scale of 1-10 stars. Surprise cards can also get you stars. The winner of the game is the player with the most stars at the end of the game.
