Training and Advice

Our training sessions and recommendations are aimed at stimulating the moral skills of an employee. Players will learn to recognize the moral dimension of a situation, both from a perspective related to personal behavior and one related to organizational values. They will discover what those skills mean in practice and will learn to act accordingly.

We train employees:

  • to act as guides of our games (train the trainer)
  • to cultivate their professional approach to questions of integrity
  • to develop moral skills as part of their leadership development

Additionally, we advise organizations on the best way to promote a work culture that emphasizes integrity and inclusivity.

Training internal game masters

Our games can be supervised by your own employees. Instructions to this end are available on all the various game pages. It is also possible to hire us to carry out the role of game master. While training the internal game masters we highlight elements like:

  • How do the games work? What do you need to pay attention to? What are things that can go wrong?
  • Instruction on and practicing the skills of a facilitator. How do you stimulate dialogue? How do you get everyone involved? How do you prevent people from giving socially acceptable answers instead of honest answers?
  • Substantive information on the dilemmas. What is the problem? What are the rules?

If you are interested in leading the games yourself, please contact us for more information.

I-learning Professional integrity

The app Kai offers you the opportunity to increase your knowledge about handling matters with professional integrity. You'll get background information, quiz questions, and small tasks to test your knowledge. In the entire training session there are about 50 moments of personal interaction, varying in duration from 1 to 8 minutes. During these moments the focus is on transferring knowledge, testing expertise, giving feedback, and asking in-depth questions.

Each player can go through the program at their own pace. A dashboard shows how many people have started and finished the training session. In addition, Kai provides the client with insight into the extent to which players are meeting the required knowledge goal. If you'd like to know more, please contact us.

Moral Competency Development Workshop

If you want to further develop your moral skills, this workshop will definitely be worthwhile. In this workshop you'll become aware of your personal moral orientation, learn which moral skills you can develop, and discover what you can do to practically apply your own moral strategy. You'll start by taking a test to determine your moral compass, after which you'll use a decision model to determine the moral skills you want to work on, then exploring and researching the behaviors that fit the development you want to go through. At the end of the workshop, players will have a clear idea of what they can and want to do to strengthen their moral skills. If you want to know more, please contact us. If your interest has been piqued, you can start here right away by taking the test to determine your own moral orientation.
